Refund policy
We have a 30‑day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@duosmooth.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
